AutoStamp grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on your mobile device in accordance with these Terms.
You retain full ownership of all photos, timestamps, location tags, and text overlays created using AutoStamp. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your photos and custom overlays comply with local laws and do not infringe on third-party rights.
The app, including all original graphics, stamp template designs, logos, software code, and UI elements, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute our templates or codebase.
AutoStamp is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to ensure high accuracy for GPS location data and timestamps, location availability depends on your device hardware, network conditions, and satellite visibility.
In no event shall AutoStamp or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the application.
We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Your continued use of AutoStamp after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
